China-India Endured Corps Commander level discussions

Usually, the Chinese President’s PLA visit comes when there is tension with the United States. Both the neighbouring countries have deployed their military forces on the border. There have been seven rounds of Corps Commander level discussions so far. The last one was held on Monday, which went up to 12 hours.

As per an Indian military official, PLA officials showed a positive sign to resolve the tension and are willing to negotiate, but it still remains unclear and has not reached a conclusion.  India states it is up to China to take forward the removal of troops from the disputed points in the mountain region.
