Boseman was battling with colon cancer for more than four years and died on August 28th without a will, with an estate estimate value of $938,500, as per the papers submitted on Thursday in the Los Angeles County probate court.

Some assets are not certainly subjected to probate, so Boseman’s holdings could be more comprehensive than that amount.

In the court papers, Boseman’s wife, Simone Ledward who legally goes by the name Taylor Simone Ledward proposed to be designated administrator with restricted authority over the actor’s estate.

Boseman’s family includes his wife, Simone and his parents, Leroy and Carolyn Boseman of Belton, who is also listed in the papers. All three were present in the Los Angeles home when he died in August.
