Walt Disney is planning to extend its theme park hours from the Halloween weekend to further in November.

As per the Disney World’s calendar, the Magic Kingdom will be admissible from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. In recent times, it had been closing early by 8 p.m. on both days.

Last month, Disney World estimated back hours at its parks due to drop in public amid the coronavirus pandemic. The Florida parks resumed in July after a three-month closure. Still, Disney officials said in a sharer presentation that a wave in coronavirus cases in Florida over the summer had led to an uptick in several cancellations.

Halloween and the holiday season could determine to be a lift for Disney while its Disneyland theme park in California remains closed.

The Magic Kingdom will be open till 9 p.m. every Friday and Saturday throughout November and have plans on three Sundays: November 8th, 15th and 22nd.

Starting on November 9th, Magic Kingdom is set to visit open until 9 p.m. Monday to Thursday during Thanksgiving weekend.

Disney recommends that its hours are subject to change. Epcot is planning to open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Saturday. Epcot will remain open until 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday during November, and three Sundays: November 8th, 15th and 22nd.

At present, these cutbacks extend until November 21st, 2020. With Thanksgiving, always a popular travel holiday for Walt Disney World, the following week, it’s possible regular hours will be restored the next week. It’s also entirely possible this schedule will continue beyond then, until Christmas.

It is gaining momentum and this time Walt Disney World is hoping to see traction during this holiday season starting with Halloween.
