There is a cold war going in between the famous producer-director Karan Johar and Indian actress Kangana Ranaut over ‘nepotism.’ On this, Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case has fueled this never-ending revelry between both.
In Ranaut’s recent videos released on Sushant’s suicide claiming the Bollywood biggies made the late actor do it. So after this, the Mumbai Police requested that the actresses be a part of the investigation and record her statements on legal grounds.
On this, Ranaut went to the Republic World and spoke bluntly about the Sushant’s suicide case. While living on the debate show on Republic World, the news channel exposed a few videos of Karan Johar talking about Kangana’s behavior and career in Bollywood.
When requested for her comments on the shown video, she said- “Karan Johar went to the London School of Economics and said, “Kangana should leave the film industry. She should get out right away” – hooting was there; people clapped when I was here fighting nepotism. A human being has only three main things — Emotional, social, and career life – They choked everything for me. I can’t get married, no financial future, don’t you think the thought of suicide would cross my mind?” Source: Republic World.
Adding more fuel to the fire, netizens dug into the matter more and found out a few clippings from Koffee with Karan show where Karan has been seen body-shaming Kangana.
Karan’s show was where, for the first time, Kangana spoke about nepotism, and thereafter, the matter became the biggest hotshot of the Bollywood town.
In her claims, Kangana said that Karan Johar, along with other film producers, “systematically sidelined” the late actor (Sushant Singh Rajput) to ruin his emerging career.
