On 25th August, Messi sent an official letter to Barcelona Club, showcasing his will to leave. Later, Ramon Planes, Barcelona’s Sporting Director, said the club wants and needs Messi to stay and build a strong team around him.
On Monday, the veteran player was seen in Barcelona training grounds after the Barcelona Club’s fallout. Messi trained along with Phillippe Countinho on Barcelona grounds, and the world is considering it as a significant sign of Messi’s return to the club. He was seen practicing on the grounds before the proposed training time.
Soon after Messi,33, started his training on Monday afternoon, Barca tweeted the player’s photograph posing in a pink jersey for their 2020-21 third kit.

Earlier, Barca (Football Club Barcelona) suggested that the time to activate the ‘get-out’ clause from his contract has already passed, and now he would require to pay a hefty amount of €700m to release and activate the clause.
