The heartthrob Hrithik Roshan splurges nearly Rs 100 crore for a flat with a grand view of the Arabian Sea. The ‘War’ actor bought two flats on Juhu-Versova Link Road that unfolds over three floors. One apartment is a duplex penthouse while the other is a single-storey home, it is spread over the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors.
It is 38,000 square feet with an unending view of the Arabian Sea. Hrithik Roshan has been posting pictures of his former house on social media during lockdown which was a 4 BHK that was broken down by interior designer Ashiesh Shah into a den and two bedrooms. It has a billiards table, foosball table as well as a vending machine which dispenses chocolates.
It is also said the place will have a unique elevator and open to the sky terrace of about 6500 sq ft. The family will have access to over 10 parking spots on the premises.
The deal that closed on Thursday for about Rs. 97.50 crore which is under two different registration, one for the duplex with is about Rs. 67.50 crore which is about 27,534.85 square ft at 15th & 16th floor. The flat on the 14th floor was also acquired for Rs 30 crore which is about 11,165 square ft.
Hrithik, who recently gave back to back hits with Super 30 and War, is heard to be gearing up for the Krrish -4 sequence. He has already stated that this movie is going to be close to this heart as it was at a halt because his father Rakesh Roshan was not keeping well. Now, he has revived and is raring to go. So, they have already started working and brainstorming on their next upcoming film.
