On Sunday, Speaker Nancy Pelosi released a letter accusing the President of the United States of “campaign to sabotage the election”. Source: BBC.

This happened soon after Pelosi warned and claimed that there are possibilities of millions of mail ballots not reaching the destination on time for the US elections.

On this, the critics blamed the newly appointed head of the United States Postal Services, who is said to be a true supporter of the President, therefore, may delay the deliveries for the US elections day.

As per reports, a high number of people are expected to participate in the US elections on November 3.

By the time the President has started voting campaign for the US elections, he has constantly been targeting the mail-in ballots claiming it will lead to voting fraud to an extent and will give a boost to his rivalry for the Presidential seat, Democrat Joe Biden.

On the contrary, the experts say, the President has been using the mail-in voting system for a long time, and it’s absolutely safe from tampering.

The letter released by Pelosi criticized Louis DeJoy, USPS new head and said- “degrade postal service, delay the mail, and – according to the Postal Service itself – threaten to deny the ability of eligible Americans to cast their votes through the mail in the upcoming elections in a timely fashion”. She continued and stated- “Lives, livelihoods and the life of our American Democracy are under threat from the president,” Source: BBC.

Earlier, Mr. Trump had a word with the reporters of Fox News and said that he has blocked providing any additional funding for such agencies, as he opposes the mail-in voting criteria.
