On Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed to people to buy and shop local products this Diwali and make Diwali happy for all. 

Gifting projects of more than Rs 600 crore for his administrative constituency precedent of the festival of light.

He said that he doesn’t mean by disposing of foreign products or not buying them as well; he is just requesting to opt for local as an option. Go vocal for locals rather than just buying earthen pots in the country.

He is focusing on the country’s economy and talking about promoting Indian made products to boost the confidence of our local producers and manufacturers. By doing this, it will not only help you get the right products but also enable the Indian market to perform better in the struggling market scenarios right now which is the major contributor in the Indian economy. 

He also highlighted Varanasi as an example who has witnessed growth in health, infrastructure, agriculture, education, industries and in many other verticals. The city had become independent in a way that their dependency on people from the eastern parts of the country had reduced before it depended on major centres like Mumbai and Delhi who were coming to avail advanced facilities.

Narendra Modi inaugurated 16 new projects of about Rs 220 crore and has also laid the foundation of 14 new projects almost worth Rs 400 crore essentially. He is also associated with Prashanti Singh, international basketball player, an industrialist and a housewife to get genuine feedback on progress taking place in their division and locality. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also connected online from Lucknow.

Even 4 months ago PM Narendra Modi had started the initiative of Atmanirbhar Bharat (self-reliant India) to help the crippling economy to recover.
