‘Tenet is Our Attempt to Make as Big a Film as Possible’ Says, Christopher Nolan

While recording a message for the Chinese audience, Christopher Nolan said that his upcoming movie Tenet is a tailor-made project designed for the big screen. Further, he stated- “Tenet is our attempt to make as big a film as possible.” Source: The Indian Express. 

In order to express his excitement for the upcoming movie, ‘Tenet’ Nolan made and shared a video message, especially for the Chinese fans. The release of this movie has been delayed due to the pandemic circumstances throughout the world. 

Initially, the movie was set to be released on the big screen on July 17. Later, it was pushed to July 31 and now to September 4. 

Tenet has a strong and long start cast including- Dimple Kapadia, John David Washington, Elizabeth Debicki, Robert Pattinson, Clemence Poesy, Kenneth Branagh, and Aaron Taylor-Johnson.  

In the video, Nolan has been seen saying- “Hello, audiences in China. My name is Christopher Nolan. I’m the director of Tenet, which is a film we’ve made very much for the big screen. As a huge fan of cinema and epic event cinema my whole life, I like nothing more than escaping to another world through movies’ power. And Tenet is our attempt to make as big a film as possible. With as immersive action as possible for the big screen. We’re extremely excited to show it to the Chinese audiences.” Source: Indian Express. 

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Tenet will release on September 4 in China. Tenet is expected to be “an action epic which is about the world of international espionage.” Source: Indian Express.
